On May 5, 1931, the county issued the Pair-O-Dice’s manager, Oscar E. Klawitter, a license to run a roulette table, a craps table, and a blackjack table. Weeks later, the club was opened to the public. Following the repeal of Prohibition in 1933, the county permitted the club to serve beer.

The property was bought and turned into the 91 Club in 1939, which itself was rebuilt as the Last Frontier in 1942.

As for the date that Las Vegas became an incorporated town, now that is up for debate. A lot of websites on internet  set the date as March 16, 1911, but what happen on that date was that the then governor Tasker Oddie signed the legislation that would put it up to a vote.

Looking Out For The Best No Deposit Offers

Source: StockSnap

As the online casino industry becomes increasingly popular and competition between brands continues to rise, brands must go out of their way to gain a unique audience and grow. Although sites usually have a set of different games that appeal towards a certain demographic, there is really only one other element that truly sets them apart: the bonuses.

Whilst it may appear that online casinos hold all the cards, they are only as popular as they are enjoyable. This is why many aim to create exclusive, exciting bonuses, giveaways and promotions for their players, to stop them heading somewhere else. One of the newest promotions that online casinos have come to embrace is the No Deposit Bonus. Today, we thought we’d take a look at how No Deposit Bonuses work, and how you can figure out which one is worth your time.

What Is A No Deposit Bonus?

A No Deposit Bonus is pretty self-explanatory, or at least it is if you’ve played at online casinos before. Whilst you would usually have to make your own deposit to start earning bonuses from an online casino, a No Deposit Bonus will be credited to your account as soon as you register with an email address.

These No Deposit Bonuses have become increasingly popular amongst online casino brands and their players, as they allow new members to experience a site without spending a penny. For example, mFortune offers new players a £5 online slots no deposit bonus in exchange for signing up, thus encouraging newbies to take a look around the site to see what’s available and find their favorite games before they spend a single dime.

What Are Wagering Requirements?

Of course, as with any bonus, one must always be aware of wagering requirements. Though seasoned casino players will no doubt be all too familiar with these tricky rules, they may take newer members aback. Simply put, a wagering requirement is the amount of money you must wager at a casino before you can eventually withdraw your winnings from your casino account.

Fortunately, there is a trick to figuring out whether a no deposit bonus – or any other bonus for that matter – is worth your time. No wagering requirement can be above 100x the original bet, so bear in mind that the higher a wagering requirement is out of 100 the less likely you are to make any sort of profit. If the wagering requirement is 2x then chances are you’ll be able to make it, especially if the bonus was meager to begin with. However, if it’s above 50x then it’s best to find somewhere else.

The first step to finding anything on the internet is using a search engine, so just search for sites with No Deposit Bonuses. If you’ve come across a site you like but doesn’t offer a particularly great No Deposit Bonus, or worse still one that doesn’t offer one at all, then you need to check the site’s affiliates. These sister sites may be running exclusive No Deposit Bonuses, hence why the first site you visited was a little lackluster.

Now you know everything you need to know about No Deposit Bonuses, you can head out into the world of online casinos and find which brand is best for you. Plus, since you won’t be spending a dime to play, you can visit as many sites as you please before you settle on the one that makes you feel like a winner.

Vegas Style Slots Tournaments

Do you enjoy playing slots and are interested in entering a tournament? The most important thing to do before entering any type of Vegas style slots tournament is to know how they work. This is where you are going to need a resource about slots tournaments explained. The next step is to find a tournament that is available at Red Flush Online Casino.

The Buy-In
A slots tournament you want to enter may have what is called a buy-in. This is a fee that you need to pay based on the prize pool of the tournament. A tournament that has 100 players, with a $10,000 prize pool, will have a buy-in of $100. This means the first place prize can be $7,000, the second place prize could be 2,000, with 10 prizes of $100. The prize pool may vary, if the casino takes a small percentage of the prize pool.

Some players may have their entry fee waived or comped by winning a previous tournament. An entry fee will essentially be paid by the casino. A good rule that you need to follow is to check the prize pool amount for a tournament before entering.

Tournament Play
A Vegas style slots tournament will start once the buy-in has been paid. Some tournaments might have a scheduled start time with a specific buy-in period. Each player will receive a set amount of credits to use in tournament play. A timer is used to keep track of the time allotted for the tournament. You want to get all the spins you can in the time that is allotted.

Tournament Types
Not all slot tournaments are the same. You may find that a lot of smaller tournaments need to be played before a large tournament takes place. Multiple rounds may be played before a final round where you have an opportunity to win big prizes. Placing high in these smaller tournaments is how players will move to the next stage of tournament play.

The Tournament Winner
The winner of the tournament will be the player who has the most credits after the time has expired for the event. Second place and other prizes are also determined by credits achieved. One thing you should keep in mind is you do not win the value of your credits. The tournament payout schedule will be used to award the prizes.

Advantages Of Tournaments
Slots tournaments give you a much better chance of winning prizes than regular slots play. You should not be trying to hit a top jackpot in tournament play. This means you have better odds of winning as you need to accumulate credits. You know how much you are spending, so you are not feeding more money into the machine. A small entry fee is all you pay to possibly win a big prize amount. Your status at the casino may even get you a free entry.

Tournament Strategy
Concentration and speed of play are the two main factors to keep in mind when playing in tournaments at Red Flush Online Casio. You need to play the maximum amount of spins as there may be a time limit that is in force.
